CCP On Site is the 2024 annual group show of the Association of Pinoyprintmakers. The making of the exhibition happened in two phases, the first being the ingress period where AP members were invited to conduct demos and workshop as a form of public engagement. The second is the exhibition proper which opened during DTI’s design week.
During the ingress and public demos, I demonstrated printing on an alternative press fabricated by Professor Romeo Solis and Joelito Gabasa of the Tanza Child Development Center. The patent pending machine combines the set up of a embossing machine — where the matrix is sandwiched by thick plexiglass — coupled with rollers from a cold laminator.

My installation showcases my process of creating trial prints using ink pads before I break out my brayers and printmaking inks. Given the prompt of showing what our individual workspaces are like, you may see little notes from me about the medium and prints installed in the space.

In addition to my work, fellow printmaker Angela Silva presented her collection of tiny prints made with a 3D press. These prints were part of the very first Print Exchange+ held at Fundacion Sanso in 2021.
