Print Fair+ @ GAS
Fair ran from May 2 to 30, 2025 at Gravity Art Space, Mother Ignacia Ave., Diliman, Quezon City.
For an entire month, Gravity Art Space became a dedicated ground for contemporary printmaking through a collaboration between Marz Today, Rolling Paper Press, and Gravity Art Space, presenting a print fair that foregrounded the medium in all its current forms.
We transformed 4 out of 6 galleries into a two-part changing exhibition. Featuring 8 unique printmaking exhibitions.
First wave:
Hybrids and Beyond – An expanded printmaking exhibition exploring the medium beyond traditional paper formats.
Graphic Protests – A powerful showcase of activism in prints, featuring works by members of Prints Para sa Bayan, FM Monteverde, and others.

Enmeshed – An all-serigraphy exhibition focusing on the technique and its diverse artistic applications.
Hyperlocal – A print exchange featuring ten artists who have either devoted their practice to printmaking or are just beginning their journey in the medium.
Second wave:
Kilometer 1476 – A highlight exhibition showcasing the vibrant printmaking scene in Davao.
Island Impressions – A regional print show spotlighting artists from various parts of the country.
Prints: Language and Interpretation – A faculty-led group exhibition that delves into the communicative power of print.
Marzing Machine Print Exchange: Hyperlocal – Following its debut at the Luzon Art Fair, the Marzing Machinereturns with a themed miniprint exchange of over 35 artists exploring the concept of “hyperlocal.”
In between shows, we also programed public events such as Print Market and Print Day in May private demos.

This was a huge undertaking for both Marz Today Studio and Rolling Paper Press since each show had roughly a two week duration. Yet in this short time, we managed to drum up a deeper appreciation for printmaking. It is my hope in the future we will have the opportunity to better showcase prints to the public in a more relaxed schedule.
