With art and crafts stores are opening left and right and you might feel overwhelmed if you’re looking for stamp-making supplies. I’ve listed shops in Metro Manila that carry stamp-making tools you can shop from in Metro Manila. Stores are listed in alphabetical order.
Art Bar
“Art Bar” is a stand-alone specialty store by National Bookstore that carries a wide selection of inks by Tsukineko and Ranger stazon branded inks. They have a few inkers (ink refills) for metallic shades. Carving tools are limited to Sakura carving kits and occasionally carving blocks too.
Art Bar is located at BGC Serendra at 1C-11 N2C-10 G/F Serendra Bldg. The Fort, Taguig, Metro Manila or Sct. Borromeo, Quezon City.
Bee Happy Crafts
A reliable source of inks, embossing tools, and colored wax for seals.
Check out their website.
Craft Carrot
You can purchase two-tone colored carving blocks in various shapes and sizes. Their most popular ones being the 6×4 inch block can be out of stock at times.
Craft Carrot has a physical store located at Pasig 1603, 14 E Capitol Dr, Pasig, 1603 Metro Manila. Visit their website.
Craft Central
I found some two-tone carving blocks in their Vertis branch, quite on the expensive side at Php 300 per 4×6 inch block. Just good to know where to get if you’re in need of it.

Deovir
The most accessible store for art supplies found in major malls. They carry stamping essentials by Speedball from lino cutters, carving blocks, and carving kits. Sometimes they have cheaper alternatives to craft knives and lino cutters which are Chinese branded tools, cheaper but it gets the job done.

Hey Kessy
They have a reasonable selection of rubber stamping supplies. They offer small two-tone carving blocks and even their house brand carving block, versacraft ink pads, and carving tools. I recommend that you check their website or facebook page to save you the trouble of visiting their store.
Hey Kessy is located at (North) Level 2, Phase 2, Urban Turf, U.P Town Center, Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila. Visit their Instagram page for faster replies
Lasting Impressions
While a bit difficult to find because it is a residential building. Lasting Impressions has an impressive selection of imported inks from Versafine, versacraft, ranger, and other inking tools. I personally find their selection better than National Bookstore. If you’re looking for something specific, they also accept orders online.
Lasting Impressions is located at 216 A V. Ibanez, Lungsod ng San Juan, Kalakhang Maynila. Visit their website.
M. Enriquez Art Supplies
Your direct source for tube inks / acrylic and other art materials for large scale print-making. They carry Berkeley products at wholesale prices. Its a reliable source for drawing pencils (5B and up), and cutting mats. It’s worth the trip if you’re planning to buy painting tools otherwise you’re better off shopping at Deovir.
M. Enriquez Art Supplies is located at 1113, 490 Gregorio Araneta Ave, Quezon City, 1113 Metro Manila.
Marz Today

Pardon the shameless plug. Marz Today carries imported Japanese Carving blocks such as Seed carving blocks, foreign resource books, as well as other stamp making tools and resources.

National Bookstore
Ironic as it may sound they have more than just the generic dye ink used in the office. There are branches that have a special section for stamping supplies, especially for inks and embossing powders and metallic ink sets.
Check National Bookstore’s SM North Edsa and Glorietta branches for their dedicated section for inks. National Bookstore’s UP Town Center Branch has embossing powders and embossing inks.
