Terms of Service

By engaging Marz Today® / Marz.today (“Artist”) for a project or service, you the (“Client”) agree to the following:

For general commissions, custom projects, and handmade orders:

1. The Client shall provide clear design(s), references, and order specifications in writing.
2. The Client shall retain ownership of images and designs submitted for quotation.
3. Information such as names, emails, addresses, and contact numbers shall be treated with confidentiality. Client information shall not be sold or shared but may be used in future promotional campaigns of the Artist.
4. Design studies presented to the client, in any format, belongs to the Artist. Studies may not be used or claimed as the client’s own.
5. The Client must pay in full or 90% of the quoted fee before the product is made.
6. Given the nature of the handmade production process, The Client is advised to limit expectations on precision cut details particularly serif-fonts and small details on all handmade stamp orders.
7. If there is a mistake in the order due to an oversight from the Client, costs for the replacement or “do-over” will be charged to the client.
8. The deadline for deliverables of the artist shall adjust if there are delays in the submission of materials or written communication from the client.
9. If the Client engages the Artist in a reproduction of a licensed design or image, the Artist is not liable for any legal implications concerning the use of the design or image.
10. A kill fee of 25% of the total project fee is charged for the cancelation of a project or if deliverables (such as studies) have been submitted to the client within the duration of the project.
11. Unused studies or designs submitted may not be published, reused, or claimed as clients own for personal or commercial use.
12. Images or footage of the production and final product may be used by the Artist unless expressed otherwise by the Client in writing.
13. All custom commissions or purchases are final with no refunds.
