Our Process
1. Fill out this form.
2. We’ll grant you access to a private Google drive where you can access the templates and upload your designs.
3. We work following the posted schedule for submissions, payments, revisions, etc.
4. Once the washi tapes arrive in our QC Studio, you may arrange for pick-up or delivery.gran
We will take care of adjusting the colors and send the client proofs of their design before it is sent for production.

Q: What’s the minimum order?
A: Fifty (50) pieces per design. Designs with smaller quantities, twenty-five (25) pieces per design is offered to repeat customers.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes. We offer a discount for every 100 pieces of a single design.
Q: Can I pay in Pesos?
A: Yes. Please note that prices fluctuate based on the USD exchange rate.

Q: Can I have my orders shipped to my address?
A: Yes, we facilitate this once the tapes have arrived in our studio. The client shoulders the shipping fee.
A: We discourage this since the final weight of your order is undetermined.
Q: What is the turn around time?
A: Our lead time is 5-8 weeks depending on international freight seasons and customs. There may be delays when clients are late with their submissions or payment, acts of God, random customs inspections, or Holidays.
Q: Can you do rush?
A: No, unfortunately. Our tapes are shipped via sea cargo to keep the costs low.
Q: Where are the tapes printed?
A: In Hong Kong.
Q: Can I have my tapes produced outside of your regular batch
A: Orders outside of the scheduled production dates may be arranged with an additional Php 3,800 to the listed price. Production is subject to the same 8-week production time.
Q: Are my designs safe?
A: Yes. Our printers are contractually obligated to honor our copyright agreement. They are only legally allowed to produce your tapes when an order is placed.
Q: Can I cancel or refund my order after the tapes have been ordered?
A: No, unfortunately. Once the tapes have been processed, printing costs have already been incurred. You may cancel your order during the pre-order period.
Q: What other tapes/ washi products can you produce?
A: Clear PET Tape, Foil Washi, Washi Stickers. Please note that for every custom project, we need time to inquire how much the project will cost.
Q: Do you provide templates?
A: Yes, they are all accessible through our FB Group.

We have different rates for special tapes such as Clear Tape (PET) and Stamp Tape. These require larger order quantities so we do not offer them as often as we do washi tapes.

Discounts are applicable to 100 pieces of one (1) design. These rates are offered to group orders that will reach a total of 400 rolls. Smaller quantities will cost higher.
