By engaging Marz Today® / Marz.today (“Artist”) for a project or service, you the (“Client”) agree to the following:

For general commissions, custom projects, and handmade orders:

1. The Client shall provide clear design(s), references, and order specifications in writing.
2. The Client shall retain ownership of images and designs submitted for quotation.
3. Information such as names, emails, addresses, and contact numbers shall be treated with confidentiality. Client information shall not be sold or shared but may be used in future promotional campaigns of the Artist.
4. Design studies presented to the client, in any format, belongs to the Artist. Studies may not be used or claimed as the client’s own.
5. The Client must pay in full or 90% of the quoted fee before the order is made.
6. Given the handmade nature of our production process, all artwork submitted for stamp orders is treated as a handmade interpretation rather than an exact reproduction of the original design. The Client is therefore advised to limit expectations regarding highly precise details, particularly serif fonts, fine lines, and small or intricate elements, as these may require simplification or adjustment during the carving process.
7. If there is a mistake in the order due to an oversight from the Client, costs for the replacement or “do-over” will be charged to the client.
8. The deadline for deliverables of the artist shall adjust if there are delays in the submission of materials or written confirmation from the client.
9. If the Client engages the Artist in a reproduction of a licensed design or image, the Artist is not liable for any legal implications concerning the use of the design or image.
10. A kill fee of 25% of the total project fee is charged for the cancelation of a project or if deliverables (such as studies) have been submitted to the client within the duration of the project.
11. For in-house designs, 2 studies are provided. Revisions are kept to 1 major revision (a complete overhaul of image) & 2 minor revisions (details within a selected study). Additional revisions shall be charged corresponding fees.
12. Unused studies or designs submitted may not be published, reused, or claimed as clients own for personal or commercial use.
13. Images or footage of the production and final product may be used by the Artist unless expressed otherwise by the Client in writing.
14. These terms apply to any order(s) facilitated through written or electronic correspondence through any official Marz Today channels such as but not limited to: Facebook messenger, Instagram, or email.
15. All custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, or purchases are final with no refunds.
